Obituary of Doris M. Pierce

Doris M. (Lewis) Pierce, age 86, a lifetime resident of Middletown Twp., PA, died Saturday, October 29, 2016, at Fair Acres Nursing Home. Doris was a graduate of Notre Dame High School, Class of 1948, and a graduate of Trinity College with a BS in Education. Doris was a parishioner of the Church of Our Lady of Charity, Brookhaven, PA. Daughter of the late Samuel and Mary O'Carolan Lewis, and predeceased by her brothers and sisters. Survivors: Husband of 51 years: Lewis J. Pierce, Jr. Also survived by nieces and nephews Funeral Service: Thursday, November 3rd at 11:00AM at Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063. Visitation: Thursday, November 3rd after 10:00AM at the funeral home. Interment: Private.
